FIND OUT WHAT ITS WORTH
We’ll get right to work performing a deep dive of research into your holding, which includes a full engineering and land analysis. In doing so, we’ll consider its inherent characteristics, as well as dozens of external factors, in order to calculate its real market value. With our analysis complete, we’ll call to explain what we found in our research and tell you what your interest is worth. We’ll answer all your questions and let you speak directly to our experts. When you feel like you have a good grasp of the value of your minerals, we’ll make you a formal written offer.

REVIEW & ACCEPT OFFER
If you decide to accept our offer, we’ll create a short, straightforward document that shows exactly what you’d like to sell and our agreed-upon price.
If you accept our offer, we will then check the county records to confirm your ownership. As that work progresses, we’ll keep in touch and notify you of every development.

RECEIVE YOUR MONEY
Together, we’ll complete a final review of the contract. When you’re satisfied, we’ll sign the closing documents and pay you in full that very same day. Often, we like to meet with our clients in person for this part, but the closing process can be as simple and easy as just a few exchanges of electronic or paper mail.
